The 57th Biennial Boule Conference was the signature Sigma event for the year, created to bring Sigma sisters together in community to learn from each other, build relationships, and support each other’s endeavors. In 2018, the conference took place in Dallas, TX and the organization aimed to streamline conference communications and increase engagement in the conference content for over 1,000 attendees. The organization want to create a cohesive platform that provided all the information a conference attendee needed. The organization wanted to build excitement and engagement during the conference so that attendees could experience deeper connection to each other and to the organization.
The Bekoz team developed several creative solutions for the Boule Conference, that included developing a conference mobile application that aligned with conference branding, and an engagement strategy featuring Brand Ambassadors.
Sigma Gamma Rho, Inc. (Sigma) is an international women’s sorority working to enhance the quality of life for women and their families around the world through community service, civil, and social action.
